INFORMATION:

The Carlisle Eagles Ballroom is an ideal location to host any type of event.  We offer both informal and formal events.  We have seating for up to 200 people. We can handle weddings, birthday parties, dances, corporate events and community events.  We also offer a ten lane bowling center that can be rented for a special party or function.

PLANNING AN EVENT:

Room Charge: Room rental is $250.00. No outside food/and or beverage may be brought into our facility exceptions may be made by management on cakes or ethnic pastries.
Deposits: A deposit of $150.00 is required to confirm all reservations and is refunded if a 45 day notice of cancellation is given.
Guarantee: Four weeks  before the event you are required to  finalize your menu selection and a guaranteed count is required 14 days  in advance.
Prices: All food and non alcohol punch prices quoted are subject to a 18% gratuity and a 6% sales tax.  Buffet pricing is based on a minimum of 50 persons.
Bar Service:

A full service bar may be arranged to compliment your event.. You must guarantee a minimum of $60 in sales per hour for a minimum of three (3) hours. The minimum guarantee applies to both CASH (guests pay) or OPEN Bars (HOST PAYS).  The minimum guarantee begins with the specified beginning time of the bar service on the contract and ends with the specified ending time indicated on the contract.  Time may be extended with management approval at the rates listed above.

Portions of an hour will be prorated based on the quarter hour.  The minimum guarantee applies as long as a bartender is on duty. No credit will be allowed if the bar is closed during dinner or an event.

We offer a complete wine and Champaign service. Wine is available by the glass. Wine service can also be made available at each table– by the bottle (this service is at market price).

Linen Charge: Paper up to  75 people- $25.00; 100-150 people- $50.00; over 150 people- $75.00. Linen– up to 100 people- $50.00; 100-150 people-$75.00; 151 and up- $100.00.
Capacity: The ballroom is designed to seat _____ with a dance floor. It can seat ____ with a varied table setup. 
Decorations: Please be advised that  due to other functions the ballroom may not be available to decorate until the day of your event.  Please contact the manager for more information.

Contracted time of the room: Time limitations on the use of the room for private catered functions is five hours from start to finish. Time extensions may be granted subject to a $75 per hour charge.  Management will make every effort to ensure your function has a reasonable amount of time in the ballroom.

Damages: Persons contracting the use of the ballroom are personally liable for any damage that occurs during the contract period.
